Dutch publisher Playlogic is reinventing itself as a digital publisher. The company filed bankruptcy in August of this year. According to GameIndustry.biz, the new company will operate under the name Playlogic Entertainment NV. The company has no connection with the US listed company Playlogic Entertainment Incorporated.
The company also plans to re-hire some of its former staff on January 1, and to announce its first titles. The new company will be led by Rogier Smit, with Marcel Noordeloos joining as chief financial officer. Willem Smit will become chairman of the advisory board, says GI.biz. Read More
