Why The Gaps in Timeline on Resume?

  • Gap_tooth_smile_lg_clr Why does Rhonda Bentzen leave a gap in her LinkedIn profile omitting the fact that she was affiliated with Structured Financial Associates, Inc. between Canada and Strategic Capital? Was the fact that she was affiliated "under seal" too?
  • Why doesn't John Bair of Forge Consulting, LLC include his relevant work experience with EPS Settlements Group? Are we supposed to believe that he sat on his "tuchas" from the time left the Army until 2003?

Is it because these folks feel that listing an organization that at the time of their experience was defense oriented might jeopardize the credibility of their current marketing approach? If so, it's pretty darn silly.  Can anyone think of any other reason why these were omitted?
