It has emerged today that Bentzen Funding Solutions and Structured Asset Funding co-owner Michael Asseff has a 2005 felony listed on records with the 17th Judicial District of Florida  Broward County. Download Asseff 2005 Felony Broward.  The felony arises out of an April 8, 2005 incident noted as  "leaving the scene of an accident/property damage"

Asseff, 36, is listed as managing member of Bentzen Funding Solutions and Structured Asset Funding according to public records with the Florida Secretary of State.
