Structured Settlements Guide Misinformation of The Day

Serial structured settlement misinformants (a/k/a the authors of Structured Settlements Guide- "the delusional guide to structured settlements") post in the Structured Settlements Guide today, a ditty about loans from "Senior LIfe Settlements". While Patrick Hindert may consider this an "overlapping market", Senior Life Settlements have nothing to do with structured settlements. There is no bridge in the Internal revenue Code under IRC 5891(where the definition of "structured settlement" appears) which deals with senior life settlements.
