United States Treasury Structured Settlements...Not As Strong As Annuities, According to NSSTA's Factoring Shill?

By John Darer

ADVERTISEMENTS

In response to his own question "How Strong Are Structured Settlements?"...

"Except for United States treasury obligations, life insurance annuities are among the most secure long term investments" -Patrick Hindert, co-author of "Structured Settlements and Periodic Judgments", NSSTA member and former Executive Director and promoter of cash now pusher JG Wentworth  December 28, 2008.

The only laudatory comment to Hindert's Structured Settlements 2008-3 is from a web site registered to someone with the appropriately titled URL "nowthatshumor.com"Download Legalsettlementloans

Poetic justice dictates that one should volley back the same question that Hindert poses...Does PATRICK HINDERT understand the product?
