It's amazing to think that anyone has an opinion about something besides Obama or guns or Heather Locklear's emotional state.
In fact, citizens have made their feelings about the courts known in a few recent polls.
A poll about the SCOTUS (which, unfortunately, predates today's decisions) shows that only 26% of voters rank it good or excellent. Two months ago, that number was 41%. Wow are we fickle!

Courts in Weld County, Colorado are doing far better than the Supremes. In a recent poll, court users said the courthouse was easy to find (always a plus!), said they felt safe in the courthouse, valued its hard-working employees (wow!), and felt that they were treated fairly by staff (yay!).
Less fabulous were the court's Web site and the amount of time it takes to do business in court.

The mayor of Greeley, however, has not seen good press lately. See Restraining Order Issued against Greeley Mayor, AP, Summit Daily News (June 25, 2008).
