Who might be able to convince a member of the UN or a foreign head of state to bring pressure on the US to investigate and publicly prove or disprove Obama's US citizenship?

After all, any treaty or agreement Obama enters into as President might later be vacated if he is found to be a usurper.

If the right person in the right country considered this situation a threat to their foreign policy plans...?
