The individual must have a strong background in organic chemistry, be detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Advanced degrees and/or prior patent law experience preferred.

The position entails preparing and prosecuting organic chemistry patent applications, providing client counseling, conducting due diligence, and providing opinions.
