The family of a woman who was injured during the filming of ?Transformers 3? has filed a lawsuit against the movie?s makers, Paramount Pictures.
On September 1, the woman was working as an extra in a stunt sequence when she was hit in the head by a piece of flying metal. The incident left her permanently brain damaged, paralyzed on her left side and with her left eye stitched shut. She is now in a rehabilitation facility in Chicago.
The lawsuit accuses Paramount Pictures of negligence.
