Wrong-way driver on I-80 does it all wrong

Another OWI, is charged with driving drunk while heading the wrong-way without headlights being turned on and then slamming into an oncoming car. Can it get any worse?

This 19-year old was treated for head and chest injuries on I-80 in Salt Lake. The other driver suffered a broken leg and cuts on his arm.
