Famous Dave'sU.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 06-1851 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa - Des Moines[PUBLISHED] [Benton, Author, with Bye and Shepherd, Circuit Judges] Manager of national casual dining restaurant harassed female employee for a few weeks, however corporate office representatives intervened and took steps to stop the harassment and offered to reassign the employee. Ellerth, 524 U.S. 742, 765 (1998); Faragher v. City of Boca Raton, 524 U.S. 775, 807-08 (1998)) .
