Is Seller Financing and Rent To Own the same thing?
I bought a house that was a owner (seller) financed. The sller is telling me it is a rental until it is completely paid for. Is Owner Finance and Rent To Own the same thing? I am responsible for insurance, property taxes and all upkeep.
