As you read this from the local chapter of the National Association of Courtwatchers, note that the fascinating thing about Judge Kagan is that when he recused himself in the Jay Korff case it was because Mr. Korff nailed him for his close relationship with Attorney Bowser of Lee Levine & Bowser; who reportedly helped him to the bench while he had malpractice issues...

After American Tower cheapened up and sent us out to Woburn in 2002 I worked about one half-mile from the Kohl's store where the tragedy unfolded last month. That familiarity definitely sensitized me to this situation. Actually in the KingCast "American Lawyer" movie you can see Woburn and hear the Woburn Police tell that idiot Jody Mitchell that they basically don't believe I'm a Dangerous Black Man (a la Omar Thornton, remember my entry on that) when she was giving me the bum's rush because some of us would not follow illegal policies...

Elsewhere I noted that she violated NH Rules of Civil Procedure and violated Hearsay and ex post facto principles, but I totally forgot about this, just saw that someone else was reading it. The Court let her file a Voluntary Dismissal after I dusted her good when I was NAACP Legal Chair and she was perpetrating hate...

eMusic CEO Adam Klein is a goddamn crook, literally..... Fraudulent transfers of money. And of course he also hates paying child support, nice.
