It's the best at what it does, hands down, lens out. Compared to the SX20 IS (that I will probably sell) the pros include 840 v. 560mm zoom, quieter zoom during HD filming, frame assist on the end of the zoom range, a 24mm wide angle vs. 28mm, low-light enhancement, new Rebel styling (which I can take or leave) and a couple of other things I forgot about...

I've got enough to beat these guys without this hassle, as noted in the pleadings linked in para. 5 of the MBF Leasing Kelly Ayotte AG Dereliction of Duty post.Now they can't distract the Court arguing about whether my Motion was frivolous, and we stay focused on the fact that they can't show a single case like this where a Defendant can keep a reporter out of a publicly-advertised event, held on commercial property subject to substantial State and Local licensing and permitting...

Well sports fans, remember the original journal entry on this matter from three (3) days ago in which I requested that Defendants follow through with the formal letter they promised, when they said they were going to have the Court spank me for asking about the level of contacts between McLane, Graf and Judge McCafferty? Still nothing...

They are so flipping upset that I outed their bogus arguments and the potential conflict of interest and duty to disclose that they now threaten me with Motions for Attorney Fees to defend my Motion for Rule 11 Sanctions as well as my Motion for Disclosure because Jack Middleton was both Kelly Ayotte's boss and Magistrate Judge Landya McCafferty's boss...

We all know I love Mac's game (Boston, 2010) the most of any modern era player but of course it can't compare to the grace of Hana's game. Update: I stayed up and made the first of 2 or 3 movies, starting with a 15 minute rip on Kelly Ayotte and her vicious malfeasance. Scott Hyman's movie is coming shortly. But as YouTube lifted the cap entirely for many film editors, I got an iMovie message that I was apparently bumped back down to 10...

I've got to finish my Memoranda Contra Motions to Dismiss and my Motion for Rule 11 Sanctions today in KingCast v. Friends of Kelly Ayotte, GOP and Nashua PD, 2010-CV-501 so that will be an all day project, but meanwhile I have to figure some things out...

I don't fully understand what is going on here, but it is fascinating to watch. I just want to know what the processes are involved, so I'll be following up as the case develops. Does the Defendant have a right to a second medical opinion? Can he fire his Public Defender before he undergoes the evaluation? What will the ultimate punishment be for what stemmed from a fairly mundane failure to inspect/registration issue? The police told him to drive his car home a few hundred feet down the road from where he was blueberry picking but then things got complicated...
