View the article here PDF Document (Affidavit) The only way for spyware to get onto a machine, is if the person was dumb enough to open an attachment which contained an executable, or, from a web site, or, they are in cahoots with companies, like Microsoft, to automatically update all Microsoft machines with the "spyware!"  At least that is what I think...

View the article here Not SO related. So, do we need a child abuse registry? IMO, No! Because even if we had one, it would not have prevented this. But why do legislature not act in the typical knee-jerk reaction fashion? Apparently because they don't care about protecting kids as much as they lead you to believe, they just want to go with the flow and punish sex offenders, when many kids, like in this case, are abused by family, baby sitters, close friends, etc...

I believe it's mostly due to kids who are sexually abused by a female, either think they are lucky, or, don't see it as abuse.  Plus, the media downplay it as well.  For example, see the video at the end, this, IMO, is how most people see it...
