When KingCast calls Martha McLeod an unethical dirtbag, this is what we're talking about:

Posted on June 20, 2008
Oh, I've got direct comments from members of the Franconia Recovery and Reconciliation Committee members noting that outgoing State Rep and would-be Senator Martha McLeod never once told them about HB 1428 Bruce McKay Highway despite the fact that McKay's girlfriend/fiancee (but not common law wife) requested it on 26 August, 2007...

KingCast RSA 91-A request to NH Senator Robert Letourneau, who misrepsented facts to Franconia Recovery Reconciliation Comittee member on HB 1428 .

Posted on June 20, 2008
Dear Senator:First of all I see you want to restrict my First Amendment Rights with HB 1526 that would prevent me from posting images of Bruce McKay, who was a rogue cop as noted in our KingCast short film, "Franconia 5/11: Injustice on Stilts." If it passes I will sue the legislature and go the U...

KingCast receives phone records from Corporal McKay but asks Franconia and Attorney Mullen: Where's the beef?

Posted on June 20, 2008
Dear Attorney Mullen:Just as I noticed the Court of your client's ongoing malfeasance, your client finally sends the phone records from U.S. Cellular. I'll be looking into those numbers dialed/received and I'm certain if there is subsequent litigation duly-licensed counsel will know whom to subpoena for the private home numbers and mobile phones if they deem that appropriate...

KingCast says life (and a lawsuit) is about to begin at 150 again for Martha McLeod, who should never be elected to NH Senate as she is unethical.

Posted on June 19, 2008
First read the comments to yesterday's post on the 273 emails on HB 1428 Bruce McKay Highway. This all goes to why Miss Martha hid the 150+ responses to the Recovery and Reconciliation Committee that were supposed to be issued to the Town and made public...

Happy Anniversary to Chris King's First Amendment Page!

Posted on June 18, 2008
Seven attempts by Government and Big Business Dupes to shut down this blawg. We rock on. We keep on keepin' on as Mother Ann (who was married to a lawyer) advised me many years ago. Read the comments for more. Here's the very first post exactly as it appeared three (3) years ago:18 June 2005 -- Why a First Amendment Blog?Great Morning! It is a beautiful Saturday morning with my father here in sunny Southern CT at my sister's and time for my first submission...

KingCast evaluates 273 emails to and from NH House Public Works sent pursuant to RSA 91-A request on HB 1428 Bruce McKay Highway.

Posted on June 18, 2008
I'm headed down to Nashua Public Library to scan the 17 June 2008 letter from House Counsel David Frydman now one and two. Here's your backstory, an 11 June 2008 blawg post admonition "KingCast tells Martha McLeod and NH House Attorney David Frydman: "Get ready for the RSA 91-A lawsuit...

NH AG Kelly Ayotte pulls a boner on gay marriage.

Posted on June 18, 2008
NH AG Kelly Ayotte stupidly attacks California same-sex marriage law to study NH position on it, which was already made clear by NH Civil Unions. Duh. Here's the 3 June 2008 Concord Monitor story. Fred Sanford would say "You Big Dummy!" Two days later, Ayotte changed her mind and withdrew from the case...

The Ghost of Dow Murders continues to haunt NH AG Kelly Ayotte in her failed attempts to mediate the Highway Patrol/Trooper litigation; $1M lawsuit.

Posted on June 18, 2008
Here's today's Concord Monitor Story about the litigation.Read up on this post about the NH Thin Blue Line on Liko Kenney/Bruce McKay/Gregory W. Floyd and the Dow Murders, in which a North Country LE almost certainly murdered his first wife and adoptive son...

KingCast goes to Judge Vaughn with ongoing RSA 91-A malfeasance from Franconia Defendants.

Posted on June 18, 2008
Dear Attorney Mullen: If I don't see an email from you on this by 3pm today I will file this with the Court in a Word Document Motion.May it please the Court: On 15 June 2008 Petitioner emailed Attorney Mullen regarding his clients' obligations pursuant to RSA 91-A as noted:Dear Dan:I know you have five (5) children and I want you to rock out with them today and enjoy your fatherhood...

KingCast marvels in amazement as Gregory W. Floyd, once a threat to society, is freed on an $80K OR bail reduction and no trial dates have been set.

Posted on June 17, 2008
Dear Prosecutor Hilaire:Can you please advise me what the State Plans to do with Gregory W. Floyd and when? The headline really says it all, and here's the MSNBC story. I got a call blood-curlingly early this morning from a Franconia Collective member who told me that during the bail hearing )which must have been recently scheduled because I check on Floyd hearings weekly), AJ Boisvert fainted and had to be taken to the hospital...

We use video podcasting at KingCast.net and Justiceforkids.net to protect the First Amendment and highlight corporate and police abuse, such as the Ohio Board of Grievances, American Tower Corporation, Jaffrey Police Department, and the NAACP have all told material lies or unlawfully withheld evidence

KingCast appeals to NH Supreme Court to ask Daniel J. Mullen one simple question: Did you see the Troy Watts Bruce McKay Ethics Complaint or not?

June 12 2008:Re: Grievance against Daniel J. Mullen, Esquire.Dear Mr. King:We acknowledge receipt of your letter of June 8, 2008, that you copied from your website, requesting reconsideration of the staff's decision not to docket your grievance as a complaint against Daniel J...

Harold Burbank, Esq., Dennis Kucinich and 14-term NH State Rep Betty Hall say it loud and clear: "Impeach George W. Bush!"

Posted on June 16, 2008
Regardless of how you feel about politics, or regardless of how you feel about the handling of the Franconia shooting tragedy (same thing, duh), you need to recognize the issues raised in Attorney Burbank's email of 12 June 2008, which is presented in its entirety in the comments section...

KingCast tells Littleton NH selectmen lawsuit Plaintiffs to use Right-to-Know cases from Nashua Telegraph and Granite Grok v. Belknap County.

Posted on June 15, 2008
When I was in Franconia last week I read about the lawsuit against the Littleton Selectmen who probably violated RSA 91-A for different reasons than the Franconia Selectmen but who likely violated it nonetheless. They called an illegal meeting to get the new police headquarters built but that is all on hold...

KingCast sites of the day expose Midwest and Ohio Police abuse and link up for Liko Kenney.

Dear Dan:I know you have five (5) children and I want you to rock out with them today and enjoy your fatherhood. But tomorrow I want you to notify me on the status of my outstanding RSA 91-A requests. I wrote you back on 22 May 2008 and you responded indicating that things were coming soon...

KingCast updates from Franconia: Hosting for U.S. House Complaint, Ryan Hartford interview on McKay's OC Spray at Profile; Kelly keeps homicide book.

Posted on June 15, 2008
It's been a busy week.First we secured a public hosting site for the Franconia Collective complaint to the U.S. House later this summer. Such an approach was used to generate signatures to help defeat HB 1428 Bruce McKay Highway. Speaking of HB 1428 (and HB 1408 regarding emails of State Representatives that passed Senate) I'll be filing a lawsuit in early July against Martha McLeod, the Works Committee and Speaker Norelli for all emails in and out regarding that bill, and my supporting law is extremely sound, including NH's own HB 1408 and Pulaski County v...

Hey KingCast, what's up with the new website?

Posted on June 12, 2008
It will be up soon. I love the composition of the photo selected by my film maker. I didn't like it so much at first but he and my girlfriend conviced me it was a Good Call: In the Grafton County Courthouse, loaded with documents, a man of vision looking into the future...

KingCast says Dear Judge Vaughn: Make them respect the letter and spirit of RSA 91-A like there's no tomorrow, in the Spirit of Liko Kenney.

Posted on June 11, 2008
May it please the Court:It took the Franconia Defendants an entire month to respond to the issue of why they never provided Attorney Troy Watts Ethics Complaint about Norman Bruce McKay. When they first responded before they knew I had proof that they had a copy, they said the issue was whether or not they had a copy...

KingCast sees Gregory P. Floyd cop yet ANOTHER Continuance in his theft case.

Posted on June 11, 2008
Q: How many continuances will it take to get to the center of a simple-assed theft case?A: As many as it takes to get his daddy to trial and appeal so that the theft offense can't be used to impeach Junior's testimony therein. Also, Junior was an inch away from Perjury under Prosecutor Gainor's Cross x/e when he started to say that there had been no guns discharged at the Floyd household, when in point of FACT Gregory W...

KingCast tells Martha McLeod and NH House Attorney David Frydman: "Get ready for the RSA 91-A lawsuit."

Posted on June 11, 2008
Dear Attorney Frydman:In addition to the emails to and from Speaker Noreli on failed HB 1428 that you refused to provide, please consider the KingCast request for the following:Any and all emails to and from State Rep. Martha McLeod and any and all emails to and from members of the Public Works Committee's regarding HB 1428/Bruce McKay Highway...

KingCast presents: Frank Serpico and Bruce McKay, two very different cops.

Posted on June 11, 2008
An anonymous comment from earlier today in another post where people were spending most of the day on immature and ad hominem arguments, someone else from the Franconia Collective kept their eyes on the prize and kept working toward Justice:Hey Chris,Check this out...

KingCast presents: More heads in the sand -- Kelly Ayotte returns Attorney Rick St. Hilaire's documentation on Troy Watts Bruce McKay Ethics Complaint

By way of 3 June 2008 letter to KingCast:".....On May 12, 2008, on its own accord the Grafton County Attorney's Office [Ricardo St. Hilaire] sent this office a copy of an April 28, 2008 letter and materials that had been sent to you. KingCast posting live from NYC's midtown Mac store with a question: Shouldn't these guys be handcuffed?

Posted on June 09, 2008
Seriously. Just think about that. One of them just shot someone to death and lied to the police. Perhaps Kelly's homicide manual will provide us some instruction on that. Here's a Pending Memorandum on that.PS: The Mac Air is THIN. Ohhhh, it's just wafer thin...

KingCast RSA 91-A request to Kelly Ayotte: Liko Kenney's Death Certificate.

Posted on June 08, 2008
Dear Attorney Ayotte:I have confirmed through sources close to the Kenney family that you never caused a Death Certificate to cross the palms of the next-of-kin. As the mother of a young male I'm certain that you would be incensed about that, in addition to the fact that you never even gave the family any notification as to where his body was, and the police on site refused Connie McKenzie and others' attempts to check on, or to administer first aid to Liko Kenney...

KingCast appeals Supreme Court decision not to ask Attorney Daniel Mullen if he received the shredded Troy Watts Bruce McKay ethics complaint.

Posted on June 08, 2008
Dear Attorney DeHart:I hereby appeal your decision dismissing my grievance against Attorney Daniel Mullen for one simple, undeniable reason:It only makes sense to ask him whether he received the Troy Watts Ethics Complaint against Bruce McKay.* The court already said that the Defendant's search "lacked indicia of credibility;" told them to search again and they still allegedly found nothing...

KingCast and Kelly Ayotte agree on crimes of dishonesty and Trial testimony impeachment of Gregory P. Floyd.

KingCast and Nitro ask in the Franconia shooting tragedy, "Who's accountable?"

Posted on June 06, 2008
So I'm rappin' with Nitro a few minutes ago about things including the outstanding issue of whether the Town shredded the Troy Watts Ethics Complaint against Bruce McKay or whether the Town lied to Judge Vaughn about not being in possession of it, and he turns to me and says:"So when are these people gonna' be held accountable...
