Just finished off some organic Buckwheat pancakes with organic blueberries and a side of sundried chicken sausage (yah, eating meat again, sigh). At least we finished off with fresh peaches and pure organic coconut milk, high in potassium for an active man on the go!My guitar impresario brother Trent sent me this almost funny story about how San Francisco is on lockdown right now because Terry Childs, an apparently disgruntled employee has locked up the City's Administrative Services computer system! Anyway, Trent (scroll down) is waiting our treatment for the Bahamas International Film Festival trailer which is in turn waiting for me to visit with NH Department of Safety Attorney Marta Modigliani on Monday to read up on the Gregory Floyd file...

Well as a matter of fact there are and I'll be returning to the State Department of Safety to meet Attorney Modigliani on Monday on the way back from Franconia to get them. Pursuant to an email exchange I just had with Attorney Modigliani I remembered one document I did not copy last time I was there many months ago...

Thanks to me busting my ass for a certain law firm I will soon enjoy the dividends, which means HB 4128 Bruce McKay Highway litigation and other document gathering that I could not afford will commence as soon as the check clears. I am personally leaving Nashua tonight to head down to Boston so that our client can sign his releases and we can get on with this...

THE SAVING GRACES: It was good that they quoted Yours Truly about the probability that Gregory W. Floyd murdered Liko Kenney which is what anyone with a functioning brain already knows. More significant is the fact that they featured Caleb Macaulay telling the Truth about how Liko was scared as hell (hence the 3 phone calls to his uncle) as ABC News noted a year ago by way of Connie McKenzie that "People did not trust Bruce McKay...

KingCast knows Gregory W. Floyd boasted at yard sale about killing Liko Kenney and said he was leaving the area, a bail violation.

There were two related and bizarre car accidents yesterday in Nashua, about 600 feet from KingCast headquarters. My friend Shanna thought she was going to be stuck by the red Volvo wagon that was rear-ended by the white Subaru, which hit-and-ran and then struck a power pole at Kirkpatrick's Corner...

Yes, as related to this post, the newspaper whose halls I walked 21 years ago will indeed step forward and investigate what in the hell happened to "3701-9-04 General safety and sanitation standards?" I want to know. Durb Morrison wants to know. People like us and my former client lobbied hard for Tattoo Regulations before he was ever sued by the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and we got slammed, then Regulations where implemented but some of them apparently rescinded...

Whoa. Three (3) days ago I posted an Editorial comment about the pending lawsuit against would-be NH State Senator Martha McLeod on the Nashua Telegraph Forums page. I checked into it today and was surprised to find 480 reads. Now some of you jackasses out there will accuse me of running up the hits but I can assure you that if you get the trackers from the Telegraph webhost you will see these are all distinct hits; I have been there about 4-5 times since posting it...

6 July 2008Dear Attorney Mullen:Please provide a copy of any and all "Report of Complaint against Police Personnel" forms completed relative to any Franconia officer from 1 Jan. 1997 to 21 Feb 2006. In all of my reviews of this situation I have read MANY complaints against Bruce McKay but seen very few read: zero "complaint forms," either the older ones or the newer ones in place since 2006...

Every now and then I take a look to see what's still going on in the tattoo world as I was lead counsel on a rather ridiculous case in which the State refused to regulate tattooing and made our client, 8 Ball Tattoo, into the Bad Guy. The thing is, we had asked for physician consent for people who have HIV/AIDS in Columbus and they dogged us out, blew us off -- but the STATE eventually passed the regulation after many people testified on the floor, including Yours Truly...

That is a very interesting passage in "Live Revolution." At 32 seconds into it, Jerry Doyle -- who prevailed on many First Amendment cases with me as counsel and another one I started that was finished by John Waddy -- said those exact words at my disciplinary hearing...
