This is interesting to me primarily because we are resolving a case in which another airline acted inappropriately toward one of our clients who is also African-American. There are racial overtones in that case too but just flat out non-professionalism is the primary issue...

Background first: Defendant Ayotte's own files indicate Bruce McKay was incommunicado for more than 6 minutes as he terrorized two young men on 5/11; he bashed Liko Kenney's car and OC Sprayed Caleb Macaulay and Liko, causing Liko to shoot him out of fear for his life...

Someone who wrote in to my last post, in which I make light of being called a douchebag and call someone else a douchebag, posed that question to me and I duly responded, as noted in the comments section.Nonetheless it bears repeating here so I will post some of my response to that inquiry, unlike mass media outlets like 20/20 that censor critical remarks...

Tomorrow first thing in the morning I will scan the 1 August 2008 letter from Franconia Town Counsel Dan Mullen in which he admits that there are responsive documents on the subject. Of course he tries to avoid even giving me the minutes preceding the vote to go into executive session -- if indeed the Town actually even went into such a session...

Now then, back to work: How are things coming with the lawsuit against Martha McLeod and Town of Franconia?

Some tool keeps rolling up in here, stuck to the bottom of my Cole-Haans like a piece of rotted dog poop to bring up Nashua Telegraph story about the bogus indictment against me when I was NAACP Legal Chair. So for the newbies I figure I'll recap that event with the story from the Union Leader and note that the same Telegraph reporter, Al McKeon, followed up with Alderman Teeboom and me in another story about Civil Liberties and the First Amendment...

Well I still might finish her portion, but it has occurred to me that I may add the town of Franconia as a Defendant for failing to follow the dictates of RSA 91-A yet again: This time it involves any meetings that the Selectmen had regarding terminating one Norman Bruce McKay...

Dear Citizens of Franconia:Yesterday I provided you many more documents that show Gregory W. Floyd's propensities for lawlessness and violence, not to mention Martha McLeod's unwillingness to discuss matters. Meanwhile, do any of you have any personal knowledge of the events leading up to a citizen complaint that was filed against Franconia officers in late 2005 or early 2006? The Town Counsel Daniel Mullen provided minutes from 21 Feb 2006 that clearly reference a complaint being filed "against officers" but now the town doesn't want to say what it was all about...
